Geography

Scattered across 18,000 square kilometres in the South Pacific Ocean, Fiji boasts over 300 islands. Over 190 of these exotic islands are inhabited enjoying the kind of weather that makes these jewels the glorious gateway to idyllic holiday destinations. There is plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The International dateline passes through Fiji's North-eastern island of Taveuni.  It is here where planet earth's first day begins.

Most of the islands are fringed and protected by colourful coral reefs offering a wondrous world of snorkelling and scuba diving in the pristine waters of these fun-filled islands.

From the southern most eastern seaboard of Australia, Fiji is only 5 hours flying time making it one of the closest overseas island destinations to reach and enjoy.
